Our relationship doesn't end after enrollment. We provide ongoing support to help you maximize your benefits and address any questions or concerns that arise.

Are the appointments done virtually or face-to-face?

Depends on your location. By default, appointments are conducted over-the-phone or virtually. Face-to-face appointments can be conducted at your request.

How long does a typical consultation last?

Initial consultations typically last 15-30 minutes, giving us enough time to understand your needs, answer your questions, and discuss potential options.

Is there a fee for consultations?

No, our consultations are completely free of charge. As an independent insurance brokerage, we're compensated by the insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through us, allowing us to provide our expertise and guidance at no cost to you.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

It's helpful to know: current insurance information (if applicable), a list of your current medications, names of your preferred doctors and hospitals, and any specific questions you have.

Can I reschedule my appointment if needed?

Yes, we understand that plans change. You can reschedule your appointment by calling our office at (555) 123-4567 or by replying to your appointment confirmation email. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice when possible.

Do I need to make a decision during the first appointment?

Not at all. We understand that choosing the right insurance plan is an important decision. Our goal during the first appointment is to understand your needs and present options. You're welcome to take time to consider your options, discuss with family members, and schedule a follow-up appointment if needed.
